Job Title: Payroll Clerk

Location: Healdsburg
Compensation: $22-$24 an hour

Job Summary:

A local client of ours in the agricultural industry is looking for a Payroll Clerk on a direct hire basis. This role is responsible for data entry and maintaining an accurate record of all employee timesheets. This is a Monday thru Friday role with great benefits.

Job Title Responsibilities:

  • Review timecards for accuracy
  • Follow up with management regarding incomplete data
  • Enter timecards and run payroll reports
  • Enter data for new hires, terminations, layoffs and rehires into accounting software
  • Assist HR with updating workman's comp information
  • Assist HR with new hire paperwork and filing
  • Maintain employee personnel files
  • Assist with data entry for various reports
  • General office duties such as answering phones, ordering supplies, etc.…

Job Title Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting/payroll preferred
  • Knowledge of HRIS system a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
