Job Title: Payroll Specialist
Location: San Francisco
Compensation: $70-$80k

Job Summary:

Our client is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join their team. This position will be responsible for the company's payroll and benefits.

Job Title Responsibilities:
* Process weekly payroll for 50-70 employees.
* Prevailing wages, certified and union.
* Assist in the review of lien releases.
* Review timecards.
* Prepare journal entries, process garnishments, reconciliations, and payroll related reports.
* Must be able to do administrative work also.
* Other duties as needed.

Job Title Requirements:
* Associates in Accounting.
* 3+ years of Union and Certified payroll experience in the Construction and Architecture field.
* Experience with QuickBooks, MS Office (advanced Excel), and Viewpoint.
* Prevailing Wages experience.
* Detail oriented.
* Able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
