Payroll Specialist
Petaluma (hybrid)
$27-$32/ hr

Growing Medical Network seeks a Payroll Specialist to join their team. This position is responsible for processing payroll for multiple entities. The ideal candidate can prioritize a wide variety of tasks and has a great attention to detail.

Main Functions Include:

  • Process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll for hourly and salaried employees including hours worked, taxes, insurance, and garnishes
  • Processes payroll checks, runs reports, and posts information into databases
  • Assist with general administrative tasks
  • Review and improve systems as necessary to ensure efficiency
  • Train and assist new employees on time reporting
  • Assist with payroll-related state and local filings
  • Assis CFO with other related tasks as necessary

Ideal qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
