We are looking for a detail- and service-oriented People Ops Coordinator to join our People Team. They will support the workflows related to hiring and onboarding, employee inquiries, auditing payroll and employee data management. We're looking for someone who is passionate about creating excellent employee experiences. Our ideal candidate will be hyper-organized, and excited to work in a fast-paced, changing environment. This is a great ground floor opportunity for someone who is looking for a career in People Operations.

What You Will Do

  • Serve as the main POC for all administrative tasks across People Ops initiatives including but not limited to; employee timecard entries, verifications, onboarding setup & paperwork, etc.
  • Acts as HRIS super user, partners with corporate HRIS team on reporting and data management projects, systems processes, improvements, trainings, and documentation
  • Be a key stakeholder in the off-boarding and termination process following established company procedures
  • Operates in HR Information Systems and manages all relevant documentation, updates, and personnel file creation ensuring the confidentiality, accuracy, security, and timely maintenance of people data.
  • Collaborates cross-functionally with key partners Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Operations to create a seamless onboarding experience for new hires
  • Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues
  • Organizes and maintains HR employee files in compliance with applicable legal requirements

Represents the 2K culture to all incoming, current, and exiting employees
