Are you a Polyworks Technician professional seeking a career growth position with a well-established and globally recognized leader? If so, read on for an incredible opportunity in the South Bay market!

In South San Francisco, our client is a leading provider of Medical device/supply delivery around the globe. Your responsibilities will be to process the ability to set up, program and operate a FARO/ROMER arm, utilizing Polyworks Inspector software, that automatically inspects and reports dimensional data. Provides the necessary quality inspection skills to support the Company in achieving optimal levels of safety, quality, productivity, and delivery to assure internal and external customer success.


Day to day duties are, but not limited to:

  • Develops, qualifies, and maintains CMM programs
  • Operates CMM's for First Piece Inspection and Production Approval
  • Reads drawings to determine specifications and tolerances for a variety components
  • Ensures that containment activities take place when discrepancies are identified
  • Review and refine data collection requirements according to customer drawings, and PPAP requirements
  • Participates in the corrective action and preventive action processes
  • Participates in Gage R & R Studies
  • Utilizes a wide variety of inspection tools to complete dimensional reports
  • The employee may occasionally lift up-to 50 pounds

Required Skills:

  • Polyworks Inspector Programming Experience
  • Keyence Programming Experience (OMM)
  • Strong background in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing
  • Strong communication skills
