Program Manager
Pay Rate Range: $55/hr-$60/hr

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a systems thinker and ask a lot of questions. You're extremely empathetic; you're innovative, creative, and resourceful. Also: 2+ years of proven experience in an operational role with a community, support, or marketing team
You're a strong communicator and have excellent writing skills
You have experience managing and delivering various platforms & processes
You believe in data-driven solutions You have experience working with teams across multiple locations and timezones
You appreciate thinking outside the box, operate with a sense of urgency, and have a knack for finding unique solutions to problems
You're comfortable working autonomously, but also thrive in a team setting
You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and across different teams And it's admired, but not required, if:
You have experience working with various platforms and tools like Bevy, Salesforce, Contentful, Qualtrics, Tableau (added bonus if you're familiar with Jira, Jira Service Desk and Confluence Cloud, and Trello)
You have experience creating and maintaining budgets

Key projects: high level managing tech stack and vendor relationships, establishing change logs as they make programmatic updates, deliver speaker databases, solve for leader reimbursement friction points, and building community into new hire training. Team: Joining the community team- currently 3 people on the team
Day to Day: Manage part of the community tech stack and vendor relationships (Bevy and Salesforce) for Community Events and Community Leaders programs
Help us establish a change log as we make program/platform/documentation updates Deliver a speaker database for Community Leaders to leverage at community events
Help solve for Community Events reimbursement friction points Build Community into New Hire training and offerings (ops) Drive new initiatives/projects and create new processes to ensure their success
Unique selling points: The Community is an award winning community, working on innovative things- speaker database, building new hire training. Opportunity to be creative. Working directly with brand ambassadors

Possibility for extension/conversion: TBD. dependent on performance
Years of experience: 3-5 years in an operational role. (community) Degree: Bachelors- computer science degree- looking for the experience.

Top 3 tech skills: admin experience in Saas tools, being able to scope requirements for new platforms and communicate that to stakeholders, familiarity working in sprints and agile environment.
Top 3 soft skills: effective communicator, You're a strong communicator and have excellent writing skills You have experience managing and delivering various platforms & processes , You have experience working with teams across multiple locations and timezones
Must Haves
1 community experience. (community manager, community operations)
2 working autonomously and being able to deliver work.
3 You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and across different teams
