Job Title: Project Accountant

Location: San Ramon

Compensation: $80-$85k per year

Job Summary:

We are looking for a knowledgeable Project Accountant for one of our clients. The Project Accountant will be responsible general ledger, bank statements, loan statements, and more.

Job Responsibilities:

* Assist with annual audit

* Management of the general ledger and record accounting transactions

* Assist with AP, AR and month-end close

* Bank reconciliation and loan statements

* Allocation of job costs

* Verify escrow closing statements

* Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

* Degree in Accounting preferred

* 3+ years of experience with GL Accounting or construction experience preferred.

* Intermediate skills in Excel and proficiency in Accounting software

* Excellent communication skills

* Effective prioritization of work and meeting deadlines
