Job Title: Property Accountant

Location: Oakland

Compensation: $35-$39 per hour

Job Summary:

Our client has an immediate need for a knowledgeable Property Accountant. The Property Accountant is responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable and financial reporting.

Job Responsibilities:

* Run monthly AR Aging and post late fee charges.

* Data entry of invoices.

* Print and distribute AP checks.

* Monthly bank account reconciliations.

* Review cash activity daily.

* Reconcile security deposits.

* Post bill backs.

* Budget processing.

* Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

* Yardi experience highly preferred.

* Commercial Property Accounting preferred.

* Must be organized and able to multi-task.

* Excellent communication skills.
