Job Description:
  • Receive from co-workers reports of needed goods and services
  • Request and review vendors' quotes for pricing and delivery of the same
  • Issue appropriate purchase orders to vendors using Windows-based Made2Manage software
  • Follow up as needed to ensure materials are received according to timelines
  • Assist in development of policies and procedures pertaining to the purchase of goods or services

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience using Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, etc
