Job Requirements

  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Outlook, and MS Excel, required.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks a plus.
  • A reliable work ethic, honest and on time.
  • Willing to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations.

Job Functions

  • Collaborate with the Inventory Manager.
  • Purchase supplies, such as, tools, pallets, adhesives for the shop departments.
  • Manage and track ordering to determine minimum/maximum to maintain inventory
  • Track orders to ensure materials arrive on time per lead time.
  • Call vendors monthly to get updated pricing/negotiate.
  • Match packing slips with sales orders confirmation once material arrive to make sure orders were received.
  • Shipping of Restoration Hardware Vanity
  • Create labels
  • Plan weekly trucks
  • Coordinate with the packaging team to confirm shipments.
  • Monitor schedule to make sure unit ship on time
  • Quality Check
  • Accounts Payable, entry and vendor management.
  • Performs other related duties as required.
