Job Title: Quality Engineer
Location: Irvine, CA
Compensation: $30 - $40/hr. DOE

Nelson Staffing is currently hiring Quality Engineers in the city of Irvine, CA.

The Quality Engineer will be supporting the quality engineering team with various tasks to support the risk analysis program, including risk assessments and post-market activities. In addition, you will support labeling updates related to change requests and reviewing artwork, and other tasks assigned to support the quality management system overall.

Responsibilities:

Post-market surveillance data collection and report writing
Risk analysis review and updates
Review of change control records
Review of labeling changes
General QA/QE tasks including recording review, metrics, and trending, etc...

Education and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
0-2 years' experience in a regulated manufacturing industry or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask
Report writing skills
Basic understanding of GMP and quality systems standards desirable (13485 and IVDR)
Proficient in MS 365, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Excel, and Word
