Our client, located in Emeryville is seeking a temporary Real Estate Coordinator to assist their team on several projects. This is a temporary position, estimated to run for 1-2 months. Enjoy a business casual work environment in a very fast-paced department. Attention to detail and accuracy with manually entering/updating numbers/figures is critical for this role. Tech savvy team players, who are also self-driven and can work with little or no supervision necessary who also possess strong communication skills are candidates our client wants to talk to.

What types of duties will the Real Estate Coordinator be doing?

  • Updating PowerPoint Decks with most current information available
  • Putting together Real Estate Project/Prospectus packets, pulling materials from a variety of sources
  • Ensuring consistent, concise and up-to-the-minute communication amongst the team, as well as with Brokers and external vendors.
  • Answer inbound phone inquiries from Brokers and/or Vendors, providing updates and responses in a timely manner
  • Update project status forms/checklists with latest developments and information
  • Manage budget sheets

What are the skills and other requirements the Client is looking for?

  • Tech Savvy- MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Intermediate level ability)
  • 2+ years in an Administrative Support role inside an office environment
  • Self-Starter who can deliver a task to completion with little to no supervision
  • The ability to thrive in a very fast-paced environment, where priorities are subject to shift/change with little to no notice
  • Extreme attention to detail with special focus on accuracy
  • Impeccable communication skills- the ability to convey even complex messaging effectively without need for long explanation (straight forward communication).
