Two Tri-Valley clients are well-reputable, financially stable, and growing business services companies who are seeking administrative professionals to perform a variety of administrative tasks.

In this contract to hire role, your day to day tasks are but not limited to:

  • Front desk/Corporate greeter and general receptionist.
  • Screen, answer, and distribute phone calls to multiple departments.
  • Provide exemplary customer service.
  • Data Entry, Filing, Calendaring, planning for meetings and special events. Assist with special projects.
  • Support Credit Approval and Contract efforts, Operations, and Sales teams
  • Manage inventory levels and replenish supplies in break rooms, kitchens, copy and conference room.
  • Assist with meeting coordination; room reservations and set up, order catering and replenish supplies.
  • Receive facilities requests through online ticketing system (ServiceNow) and respond in timely manner.
  • Oversee maintenance of various office equipment, including postage meter, coffee machines, printers/copiers, etc., ensuring proper function and maintaining sufficient equipment supplies.
  • Primary back up for front desk receptionist for meal and rest breaks.
  • Miscellaneous administrative support as needed. (15%)

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer service.
  • Prioritization and understanding time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented. Multi-tasking. Can work in a face-paced environment.
  • MS Office Suite proficient.
  • Can work independently or in a team environment.
  • Professional attitude, positive demeanor.

Education:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D, required.
  • 2-4+ years of experience providing administrative support in a professional business environment.
