SUMMARY: Recruit, research, interview, screen and refer candidates for open job orders

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following reflects management's definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. · Confers with Recruiters to identify needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills necessary to meet job order needs and client expectations

· Utilizes creative tools and resources to uncover top talent and engage with candidates, creating a candidate pipeline for multiple roles

· Provide market insight and generates job order leads for the recruiting team

· Generate candidate referrals through networking and building professional candidate relationships

· Pre-qualify sourced candidates for current and future job orders

· Posts job opportunities on specified sites

· Initiates contact with potentially qualified candidates for specific job openings

· Reviews resumes and screens applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements

· Screens and refers candidates for additional interviews within all business units

· Coordinates communications with applicants

· Work effectively with professional organizations, colleges and community workforce resources

· Utilize approved social media and networking opportunities for recruiting purposes

· Assist with completing references and general administrative needs for candidate placements

· Interview 1 to 3 year experience level candidates after successful completion of training

· Communicate professionally, tactfully, and with the utmost diplomacy at all times, treating all candidates with dignity and respect

· Performs other duties as assigned


· Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred

· High School Diploma or equivalent education required

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required

· Former experience with Applicant Tracking System (such as eRecruit) a plus

· Experience performing Boolean Searches preferred

· Staffing industry knowledge/experience preferred

· Commitment to excellence and high standards

· Excellent written and oral communication skills including the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions Acute attention to detail

· Excellent customer service skills

· Ability to communicate and deal effectively with a variety of individuals at all organizational levels and from various backgrounds

· Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions

· Passion, enthusiasm, focus, creativity, and a positive outlook

· Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times

· Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in person, on the phone, electronically, or through other means to individuals and groups
