Nelson Staffing is looking for a Recruiter for our well-established nonprofit client in the Greater Puget Sound Area. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, fully remote, and targeting $30-$33 p/h DOE. Applicants must be local to/currently reside in the Greater Puget Sound area.

Responsibilities:

  • Full Cycle recruiting for a wide range of roles in the administrative and healthcare sector
  • Cultivate a diverse candidate pool through effective diversity recruiting practices
  • Assist with creating process and procedures for improving the candidate experience
  • Manage HRIS platform including onboarding, I-9 verification, backgrounds, and references
  • Adhere with all applicable laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of prior recruiting, recruiting coordinator or HR Coordinator experience
  • Proficient in G-Suite required
  • Working knowledge of local, state and federal HR laws
  • Prior knowledge or job posting sites and professional social media platforms like LinkedIn
  • Prior nonprofit or healthcare experience a plus, but not required
  • Adaptable, detail oriented, and empathetic
