Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Lead

As a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be a member of our HR team and partner with managers to recruit, evaluate and on-board candidates. In addition to finding the best talent, you will be encouraged to apply your expertise in developing best practices, build out our employer brand and work in collaboration with candidates and staff on filling open positions.

What you will be doing:

· Managing the full cycle recruitment process.

· Preparing job postings and attracting and building a diverse pipeline of candidates by placing job advertisements.

· Participating in local school and community job fairs, conducting open houses and hosting informational sessions.

· Managing applicant screening and interview process in collaboration with hiring managers.

· Conducting the new hire clearance process, including background checks, screenings and references.

· Preparing and sending candidates offer letters.

· Ensuring that effective communication is maintained with all candidates, including those who are not selected.

· Tracking employee referrals and managing semi-monthly referral bonus payouts.

What you will bring:

  • A BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or another related field.
  • Three or more years in HR, with at least two years of dedicated full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of staffing and recruiting program administration.
  • A proven track record in building candidate pipelines.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers and team members throughout the hiring process.
  • Thorough understanding of federal and state laws and regulations relating to employment.
  • Experience with, or ability to quickly learn, HRIS and or ATS database administration.
  • Strong verbal and writing, copywriting, editing and formatting skills, including an eye for good design.
