Job Title: Recruiting Assistant

  • Source Candidates via ATS, Indeed and LinkedIn
  • Reach out to applicants to get them scheduled with Recruiter (use Bookings app)
  • Send text reminders to candidates of phone screens that day
  • Post position on Indeed and multiple sites to attract applicants
  • Route offers for approval in ATS
  • Once offer approved - create offer letter send via DocuSign
  • Launch all background checks for candidates
  • Monitor all background checks, submit red flags to HR or Safety Managers for review/approval
  • Schedule Drive Tests
  • Manage Recruitment Tracker in Excel, daily updates needed
  • Assist with Weekly Recruitment Updates (Reports)
  • Recruit for 3-5 positions at one time (Drivers for Seattle, Sorters/Spotters for PNW)
  • Participate in weekly calls with Recruiter and HM's to give updates as needed
  • Phone screen candidates
  • Schedule candidates for Zoom or In-Person interviews
  • Schedule Intake Meetings
  • Help with job fairs virtually, promote job fairs
  • Send Declines daily/weekly based on Recruiter's feedback of phone screens
  • File upkeep - add/organize phone screen and interview notes and approvals to Network Drive
