We have a direct opening for a regional HVAC Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be in charge of managing a sales territory in the South Bay rea and creating additional new business for our company. You will be in charge of hunting new accounts and retaining current customers through managing relationships. You will meet all their HVAC requests, and provide outstanding customer service from all HVAC departments.

HVAC Sales Executive Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the leader of the sales process.
  2. Establish customer satisfaction with products and services.
  3. Create and manage sales proposals.
  4. Help facilitate post-sale transitions with installation managers.
  5. Educate prospective customers on the superior quality products/services.
  6. Continually call on assigned accounts by company policy and procedure.
  7. Maintain customer information updated in the CRM Program.
  8. Participate in training on the latest industry technologies.
  9. Support team members and peers to achieve KPIs.

HVAC Sales Executive Requirements:

  1. Valid driver's license
  2. High school or equivalent
  3. A minimum of five years of general sales experience and at 3 years' experience in HVAC required.
  4. Proficient in screw and centrifugal chillers, cooling towers, VFDs, pumps and large commercial building air systems
  5. Must be proficient in multi-OEM or Single OEM products
  6. Strong understanding of HVAC functions, ductwork modifications and design
  7. Effective communication skills with both clients, coworkers, and project managers
  8. Proficient in screw and centrifugal chillers, cooling towers, VFDs, pumps and large school/hospital air systems
  9. Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating
  10. Reliable and self-motivated
  11. Excellent time management skills
  12. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  13. Reside in South Bay Area
