Reservation Specialist
Rutherford, CA


Summary
Responsible for providing excellent customer services while answering incoming calls and taking reservations.

Hospitality Service
  • Answer all incoming calls courteously and professionally
  • Educate guests about wine tasting experiences
  • Assist with guests' needs as it relates to planning their day in Wine Country
  • Create relationships with guests so they have a truly memorable experience
  • Route incoming calls to the appropriate departments
Reservations
  • Respond to appointment requests and emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor multiple e-mail boxes
  • Assist in inputting reservations into AMS/EVM reservation system
  • Processes cancellations and communicate accordingly
  • Assist with covering hospitality front desk as needed
  • Make updates to guest profiles in AMS CRM system as needed

Qualifications /Skills
  • Experience with the AMS system strongly preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with luxury hospitality or
  • Winey experience preferred
  • Must be 21 years old
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Collaborative/team operational skills
  • Computer proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Available to work weekends and holidays
