IF YOU ARE A ROCK STAR RESIDENTIAL ELECTRICIAN/MAINTENANCE MECHANIC - WE HAVE A GREAT SPOT FOR YOU!

We are currently seeking a FULL-TIME Electrician for a large residential and commercial property owner/manager in the East Bay. Experience in both electrical and residential maintenance for beautiful 1 & 2 bedroom townhouse communities is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Install and repair electrical equipment and fixtures
  • Changing out and troubleshooting motor and control panels
  • Install various types of raceway and cable tray systems
  • Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems
  • Adhere to all quality and safety codes

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in electrical engineering or other related fields
  • Familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, electrical equipment, hand tools and manuals
  • Strong experience in basic residential maintenance is a great fit for this role

It is expected that you will be a strong team player and assist other maintenance team members as needed. Everyone is part of the team!
