IF YOU ARE A ROCK STAR RESIDENTIAL ELECTRICIAN/MAINTENANCE MECHANIC - WE HAVE A GREAT SPOT FOR YOU!
We are currently seeking a FULL-TIME Electrician for a large residential and commercial property owner/manager in the East Bay. Experience in both electrical and residential maintenance for beautiful 1 & 2 bedroom townhouse communities is required.
Responsibilities:
- Install and repair electrical equipment and fixtures
- Changing out and troubleshooting motor and control panels
- Install various types of raceway and cable tray systems
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems
- Adhere to all quality and safety codes
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in electrical engineering or other related fields
- Familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, electrical equipment, hand tools and manuals
- Strong experience in basic residential maintenance is a great fit for this role
