RESIDENTIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
FREMONT, CA
We are currently seeking a Residential Maintenance Technician for a large property Owner/Manager in the East Bay. This is a full time position with full benefits.
*** CLIENT REQUIRES THAT ALL EMPLOYEES MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED AGAINST COVID ***
You will be responsible for maintenance of townhouse communities and all areas related to the day-to-day maintenance operations of the community.
Essential duties:
- Apartment turnovers including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry and painting
- General repair and treating structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls and building exteriors
- Make ready units for new move-ins
- Have a working knowledge of HVAC systems
- Schedule and complete preventative maintenance program
- Complete grounds work such as: grounds pick up, sweeping and general maintenance
- Strong experience and familiarity with tools and maintenance/repair equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
