Are you a Shipping & Receiving/Warehouse professional seeking F/T work, in either a long-term contract or contract to hire assignment? If so, read on to consider one of three incredible positions!
#1 Inventory Control project in San Carlos
- 2-3 associates to prep for inventory. Pull orders by purchase orders for various products/materials related to screws, bolts, hex nuts, etc.
- Picker/Packer/Packaging to prep/place in boxes prepped for shipping.
- Cycle counts jotted down on hard copies/paper.
- Inventory maintenance. Maintain stock locations.
- Assists with inventory prep, dead stock movement, cleaning shelves, moving inventory, etc.
- There's some ladder use involved (pulling material like at a Home Depot or Lowe's).
- $20/hr., Monday through Friday AM schedule running through early January 2022.
#2/#3 Fulfillment or Receiving Associates in Palo Alto
- This position is responsible for completing various processes to fulfil and ship orders of a high-quality finished spectacle lens.
- Responsible for processes critical to the quality of the product and the impact quality can have on the end user.
- Main tasks are order entry in lab management system and log files and other documentation about incoming orders according to work instructions.
- Packing of products and collaterals and associated documentation according to work instructions.
- Shipping of products using shipping service provider online portals, incl. customs declarations for international shipment.
- Organizing hand-off with shipment service provider, daily shipment tracking and follow-up with Shipping service providers and customers if needed to ensure the customer has safely received the order.
- $23-$28/hr., Monday through Friday AM schedule.
- Contract to hire assignment, upon tending to a preliminary background screen.
