Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Advanced computer skills in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Google Suite
  • Must be highly organized, strong attention to detail and multi tasks oriented
  • Ability to work/manipulate data with reports, graphs, and data analysis
  • Support staff and management with accurate and efficient administrative duties
  • Employment experiences with OSHA required! Follow policies & Safety procedures
  • Conduct precise data entry, drafting reports, keep information /files confidential
  • Meet and exceed both quantity and quality goals as outlined by the company
  • Ability to work onsite schedule in Santa Rosa/CA - MON to FRI 8 am - 5 pm
  • Must pass a Pre-Employment Background check and be preferably fully vaccinated
