The Inside Sales Associate position located in Santa Rosa will work as an inside sales/dealer sales team assisting in sales target, planning, channel development, and coordinating customer and dealer orders and resolutions to queries and issues for Electric Vehicle | Equipment Manufacturer. The position will assist in tracking sales budget, approvals and control of costs related to sales, events and marketing.

This role will report to the Director, Sales Operations and Marketing. The role will work closely with the supply chain, sales and accounts team to be the main point of contact for dealers and backup for direct sales customers.

Location: Santa Rosa

Essential Functions:

• Converse with dealers, customers and employees regarding products, prices and availability.
• Maintained up-to-date knowledge of available products to best serve customers and maximize sales potential.
• Determined needs, delivered solutions, and overcame objections through consultative selling.
• Emphasized product features based on analysis of customers' needs.
• Channel development and management including onboarding of dealers andcustomers.
• Deliver on organizational strategy, processes and key performance indicators that will provide the company with a best-in-class sales organization.
• Work with Business Accounting and Systems to analyze issues with daily salestransactions.
• Track & analyze various activities and projects in Excel, Salesforce & inhousesystems.
• Coordinate training programs for new dealers and current processinstruction.
• Generate analysis and reports for sales &marketing.
• Develop and revise process and procedures in all work areas.

Requires:

• Previous sales experience, inside or outside.
• Knowledge of machinery or equipment a plus.

An interest in zero emission equipment, electrical vehicles, agriculture equipment, heavy equipment, outdoor power or related field a plus.
