Sales Manager

Audio and video, design and installation company is looking for a Sales Manager to join their team!

Based in Santa Rosa and conduct business throughout Northern California.

Core Responsibilities:

• Project, forecast, and deliver Sales based on individual and team goals.
• Help others successfully prospect, sell, and provide solutions to new and existing customers.
• Take an active role in building a high performing team and a thorough Sales pipeline.

Required Skills:

• Must have proven Sales and Sales Management experience and consistently achieve results.
• Prior experience and demonstrated success in selling Audio and Video in a residential or commercial environment.

This is an Exempt Salaried position, $100,000 - 120,000, requiring time both in the office and in the field.
