Job Summary: Verifying and approving purchase orders from school districts and distributors, then entering the orders into our software program, Microsoft Great Plains. The following modules within Great Plains will be utilized: Sales (order processing), Inventory and Purchasing.

Job Summary: Verifying and approving purchase orders from school districts and distributors, then entering the orders into our software program, Microsoft Great Plains. The following modules within Great Plains will be utilized: Sales (order processing), Inventory and Purchasing.

Invoicing/Credit Memos
Processing returns
Filing
Answering phones
ATP Online customer service (back-up)
Customer service inquires
Skills: Accurate with alpha and numeric data entry (10 key by touch)
Proficient with MS Office
Knowledge of Microsoft Great Plains software or Quick Books
Background in school education a PLUS
Answering phone professionally
Highly organized individual with good attention to detail
Self-Starter with the ability to work quickly and efficiently
Ability to multitask
Personable with customers and co-workers
Use of standard office equipment such as photocopier, fax machine, telephone
system, and PC computers
