Nelson Connects is immediately hiring a Sales Representative - full time opportunity- in Santa Rosa, CA. As a Sales Rep your goal is to help customers find the best flooring, countertops, cabinets, fixtures for their needs while presenting your company in a professional manner. By combining product expertise and excellent customer service. You can contribute to the growth and success of your wholesales company.

Sales Representative, Santa Rosa, CA

Compensation Range: $ 21.00 per hour + Commission

Job duties:

  • Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit order- ability to make up to 50 calls a day.
  • Ability to track orders, news clients via MS Excel and internal programs.
  • Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
  • Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
  • Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support. Build lasting relationships.
  • Maintain assigned account bases while developing new accounts.
  • Provide clients with estimates of the costs of advertising products or services.
  • Locate and contact potential clients to offer services- warm calls.
  • Retain samples and pricing of products on the floor. Selling flowing material on showroom
  • MON-FRI requires to work 2 Saturdays a month, with a day off in the middle of the week, to work a 40 hour per week shift.
  • The training process in online- onsite
