Nelson Connects is immediately hiring a Scheduler/Recruiter for a growing company located in Santa Rosa, CA.

For this temp-to-hire full-time position, we are looking for individuals that demonstrate efficiency, are multitask and highly detail-oriented professionals - shows respect for individual differences and are competent and compassionate!

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduler to join our team. The Scheduler will be responsible for managing the daily schedule of appointments, meetings, and events for our organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a keen eye for detail.

Scheduler/Recruiter

Santa Rosa, CA

Compensation Range hour: $24.00-$26.00

Must have exemplary-caring customer service experience, within the Healthcare industry a huge plus.
Working Background in scheduling various shifts of multiple staff - biweekly shifts.
Provide excellent follow-up customer service, respond to emergencies and late arrivals/ETA
Efficiently coordinate appointments, follow up in a timely manner and resolve complaints from customers.
Operate with phone and computer system to transmit assignments and compile statistics and reports on work progress
Highly detail focused, prioritize per urgency - focused and work professionally with deadlines.
Proficient in MS Suite and technically savvy - maintain confidentiality and follow HIPPA LAW
Processing and maintaining data system/ ATS tracking system. Recruit with various CRM tools
Skilled in working with Scheduling Manager to ensure vacant shifts are filled asap.
1-2-week Training in Novato - afterwards - ability to work in the Santa Rosa Office or Novato
MON- FRI from 8:30 am - 5:00pm with 30 min lunch- after hired on - requires working twice a month on a "on call " weekend shifts.
Must possess strong organizational, analytical, work with empathy and interpersonal skills.
