Job Title: Senior Accountant

Location: San Rafael
Compensation: $70,000 to $75,000 annually, DOE

Job Summary:
Established company in Marin County is looking for a Senior Accountant to play an integral part in the financial aspects of a small office with emphasis in real estate development and construction. Ideally seeking someone who can work full-time, in office Monday thru Friday. Temp-to-hire or direct hire for the right person.

Job Title Responsibilities:

  • A/P Management
  • Review contracts and track obligations and budgets
  • Assist with cost control
  • Project management accounting
  • Liaison with project team and corporate management to ensure accounting supports construction schedule and budgeting
  • Generate monthly financial statements
  • Perform additional general office duties and support team members as needed

Job Title Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years accounting experience with real estate development and construction accounting experience
  • Strong skills in Word, Excel, and QuickBooks
  • Experience with OneDrive (SharePoint), Teams and Microsoft Project
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize
  • Ability to work in a team setting
