Senior Accountant

Established client in the real estate industry is seeking a Senior Accountant. This position is responsible for all accounting functions for multiple properties.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare financial statements
  • Reconcile intercompany account receivables, notes, and advance accounts
  • Prepare journal entries
  • Prepare, review, and process Fixed Asset billings, depreciation, inventory, and Vacated Cost Analysis
  • Reconcile bank and balance sheet accounts
  • Assist with budget and tax preparation
  • Coordinate with property managers
  • Prepare, review, and process Job Billings

Ideal qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
  • Commercial Property Management/Real Estate experience
  • Yardi experience preferred
  • Proficient in Excel
