Senior Accountant
San Rafael

$90,000 to $125,000 annually

A well-established family-owned client of ours is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their accounting team. This role is responsible for managing the accounting functions for a large client of theirs. This is a full-time role in the office (San Rafael) with a great benefits package.


Main Functions Include:

  • Manage accounts payable.
  • Manage accounts receivable.
  • Manage cash flow/receipts.
  • Manage general ledger.
  • Monthly and annual financial close
  • Prepare journal entries.
  • Compile and communicate monthly and periodic reporting including monthly financial statements.
  • Tax preparation
  • Financial reporting
  • Auditing
  • Data management

    Ideal qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel preferred.
  • Experience working in a CPA Firm or an Accounting Services provider
