Senior Accountant
Napa

Napa based distribution center in need of a Senior Accountant for a temporary role (5-6 months). Functions include preparing financial reports, performing account reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, preparing tax returns, assisting with audit preparations, and performing other accounting duties as assigned.


Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist with month-end and year-end close
  • Process all bank reconciliations
  • Prepare and process monthly GL closings, adjusting entries, financial reports, and account analysis
  • Prepares account analyses and reconciliation
  • Ensure all records are maintained in accordance with GAAP

Ideal qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, computer science or related field
  • Experience with ERP
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
