Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager

Well-established client in the construction industry is seeking a Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager to join their team. This position is responsible for ensuring company procedures are being followed and supports various departments within the organization. This position is in office five days a week.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Process assigned company contracts and subcontracts
  • Enter job information, budgets, and close projects in system
  • Perform accounts receivables and collections for contracts
  • Prepare, submit and monitor all preliminary notices and lien releases
  • Oversee contract and service billing and administration
  • Maintain organized files
  • Prepare and submit invoices

Ideal qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
  • Previous experience in construction industry is a must have
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
