Seeking a Senior Director of People and Culture to join a growing and established company in Northern CA. The candidate will work with the business to plan and execute all HR programs and drive and deliver annual HR processes focusing on key areas including Organizational Capability, Organizational Culture and Employee Engagement. The role will ensure project and initiative work is executed and embedded within client groups. This is a high-profile role and will drive all Human Capital needs.


  • Oversee and drive the execution of global and/or local people processes/HR initiatives
  • Provide leaders with insights and advice to help drive business performance.
  • Partner with members and their functional teams to drive the people strategy and determine their workforce plan and forecasts to meet business needs.
  • Manage and resolve complex Employee Relations matters
  • Provide effective team development & coaching to junior members of the HR Team

  • Must be comfortable in an advisory capacity.
  • 8-10 years of experience
  • Will be a sounding board for leadership
  • Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, HR or related field
