Seeking a Director of Total Rewards to join a successful and growing team in Northern CA. They will be responsible for the provision of company-wide compensation and benefits, as well as, performance processes, incentive plans and rewards.

  • Establish programs and processes, revaluating existing plans and offering solutions to meet the demands of the changing employment market, particularly in Bay area, California.
  • Utilize data to uncover competitive market trends
  • Lead and oversee Compensation, Benefits and Wellness.
  • Informs leadership team on high-quality benefits coverage for employees, including: health, welfare, disability, life insurance, ESOP, 401K, and any other plans.
  • Generous benefits: 15 days PTO plus 8 holidays, 10% bonus


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5-7 years total rewards and benefits experience or equivalent
  • Must be flexible, easy to get along with
  • Experience leading all aspects Total Rewards for a large company
  • In-depth experience of California employment practices, as it related to Total Rewards
  • Working experience in CA/Bay Area compensation
