Seeking an experienced HR Business Partner Manager to drive the Human Capital for Commercial Functions. This role focuses on the Direct-to-Consumer industry and will be responsible for all HR processes focusing on key areas including: Organizational Capability, Organizational Culture and Employee Engagement.

Job Duties:

  • Support the sales and marketing function.
  • Responsible for partnering with business leaders to develop and implement an HR agenda that closely supports the overall strategic objectives.
  • Responsible for delivering HR programs across assigned client group(s).
  • Effectively manage multiple projects/work streams and deliver timely and quality results.
  • Develop integrated commercial solutions and formulate partnerships.

  • 5 plus years of HR experience.
  • Strategic thinker who translates agreed strategic plans into efficient processes, systems or projects & initiatives.
  • Experienced in compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
