Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Services Coordinator

Location: East Sacramento / Arden

Pay: $18+ DOE

Facilities Maintenance Services Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily ongoing coordination of facilities maintenance service calls and technician and vendor schedules

  • Provide outstanding customer service

  • Ensure service calls and work orders are processed promptly and efficiently

  • Schedule and dispatch facilities maintenance field technicians and vendors in a timely manner

  • Utilize phone, email, and other communication tools to efficiently route field technicians and vendors throughout the day

  • Escalade emergency work order to department manager

  • Maintain positive professional relationships with clients, tenants, and vendors

  • Conduct follow up inquires to ensure jobs have been completed fully and satisfactorily

  • Assist with drafting estimates, proposals, and contracts

  • Provide additional administrative support as needed

Facilities Maintenance Services Coordinator Requirements:

  • Must have 2 years of dispatching or scheduling experience in a fast-paced work environment

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)

  • Previous experience with MS Project and SAGE Timberline preferred

  • Previous experience in scheduling facilities maintenance preferred

  • Must have excellent customer service skills, and maintain a positive and professional attitude throughout the day

  • Must be extremely focused and detail oriented

  • Must have the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize, adapt, and problem-solve

  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
