Shipping and Receiving Clerk
Petaluma-CA
Shift: Monday - Friday 6:00 am until 2:30 pm (30 minute lunch break) overtime as needed
Pay: $16.00 - 17.00 per hour
Shipping Clerk
Requirements:
- Must own and wear safety toed shoes.
- Flexible schedule required; position may have an occasional weekend shifts, as well as daily overtime hours.
- Prior experience in processing shipments for Warehouse is preferred
Job Duties Include:
- Prepare orders for shipping including: Picking parts for orders, reading the pick list and counting to ensure all items in pick list are complete.
- Verify all shipments are complete.
- Load and Unload all trucks as required in Shipping and Receiving.
- Assist in organization of shipments on pallets when necessary.
- Performs scheduled routine custodial duties that include lifting, sweeping, removing trash and other duties necessary to maintain safe and clean areas.
Position is a member of a warehouse environment which includes dust and debris, frequent loud noises, concrete floors, varying temperatures, and other production staff members
