Position Description:

Looking for a Software Engineer in the NYC area to maintain and perform required upgrades to mobile apps. The maintenance and upgrades required fall into 3 buckets: 1) Ongoing maintenance (including stability, bug triage, alert monitoring, and release mechanics), 2) Platform & infrastructure taxes (internal platform infrastructure migrations, and new platforms/integrations to support), and 3) Policy & compliance changes. The 9 month term covers both ramp-up time and the work required.

Requirements:

  • Mobile applications (Android)
  • Java
  • Experience working on consumer-facing products
  • Mobile app architecture, knowledge of user interface frameworks, application design and complex, reactive UI frameworks

Nice to Have:

  • Kotlin experience - Web front-end, with Javascript/Typescript experience
  • Full stack experience with debugging, monitoring, User Interface, and/or Web Frameworks.
