Job Title: Software Technical Support Rep.

Location: Irvine, CA

Compensation: $20 - $30/hr. DOE

Nelson Staffing is currently hiring Software Technical Support Rep. in the city of Irvine, CA.

The Software Technical Support Rep will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls related to the Unity Software Suite, and work with customers to resolve their software issues, document each customer call in an CRM database and Salesforce, and manage the call to completion. You will occasionally need to schedule calls to assist with installations, upgrades, or more detail software resolutions as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist laboratories in using Unity Software in order to provide the best care possible to their patients.
  • Take ownership of the customer relationship and work with them to resolve the software issues
  • Learn and master the software product and offerings and how they can benefit the customers.

Education and Qualifications:

  • 1-2+ years of experience in Call Center Customer Service
  • People Skills
  • Experience with SQL Server and TCP-OP Connects
  • Knowledge of CRM Software (Salesforce Specifically a plus)
  • Problem solver
  • Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent or combination of education and work experience in Information Technology is preferred
  • Pre-employment process includes Background and Drug Screening
