Sr. Accounts Receivable Specialist
Palo Alto
$70k - $90k

Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking an experienced A/R Specialist to join their team. This position is available due to the rapid growth of the company. The Sr. Accounts Receivable Specialist will help to ensure the accuracy of accounts receivable department. This is a full on-site position offering competitive pay and a fantastic benefits package.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process invoices and deposits
  • Process ACH, check, and credit card payments
  • Run collections on past due accounts
  • Assist in account adjustments when needed
  • Review and respond to A/R emails and inquiries
  • Maintain and update database and spreadsheets
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing and prepare various account reconciliations

Ideal qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
  • 3+ years of accounts receivable experience
  • ERP systems experience
  • Manufacturing industry experience required
