Job Title: Sr. AR Analyst

Location: Folsom
Compensation: $27-$30 an hour

Job Summary:

A local client of ours in the Education Industry is looking for a Sr. AR Analyst for the following 6-7 months. This role is responsible being the main point of contact regarding invoices and payments and handling a large volume of calls and emails. This is a full-time position Monday thru Friday with a hybrid schedule working 2 days in office.

Job Title Responsibilities:

Make accounts receivable calls
Research, resolve and respond to issues and inquiries from customers.
Reducing delinquency of AR accounts
Establish and maintain working relationship with customers
Identify and implement procedures to improve collection process
Research, resolve and respond to issues and inquiries from clients in timely manner
High volume of phone calls and/or correspondence to assigned customers
Deliver high level of customer service while providing high customer satisfaction
Provide insight to others by offering advice/assistance based on expertise and experience.
Participate in team planning meetings

Job Title Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or 1-3 years of experience in similar role preferred
Experience with Sales Force or Net Suite preferred
Advanced MS Excel or Power Point knowledge required
