Job Title: Sr. Billing Supervisor
Location: La Palma
Compensation: $75-$85k
Job Summary:
Established company looking for a Sr. Billing Supervisor to join their team. Looking for a detail-oriented person to lead a team of billing specialists responsible for sending invoices and responding to billing inquires.
Job Title Responsibilities:
* Complete monthly billing reconciliations and recurring billing reports.
* Review the work of billing staff.
* Draft and distribute weekly reports.
* Oversee the preparation of bills and statements.
* Provide customer support to customers with disputes or inquiries.
* Training of existing and newly hired employees.
* Other Ad Hoc projects.
Job Title Requirements:
* Associate degree highly preferred.
* 5+ years of related experience required.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills.
* Experience with Intacct, ConnectWise, Ubersmith, System Integration and M&A a plus.
* Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently and manage time appropriately.
