Staff Accountant Job

Premier hospitality group is seeking a Staff Accountant to join the accounting team. This role is responsible for data entry for payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable. The ideal candidate will have the ability to multi-task, remain organized, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Main Functions Include:

· Credit card reconciliations.

· Cash management

· Prepare daily cash report/statement.

· Prepare petty cash report.

· Prepare daily bank deposits.

· Pay out reconciliation.

· Investigate cash discrepancies.

· Data entry for payroll

· Assist with accounts payable as needed.

· General office duties as needed

Ideal qualifications:

· 2-4-year degree in accounting or related field, or equivalent work experience preferred

· Knowledge of Microsoft Excel a plus
