Staff Accountant needed for a wonderful company that offers a professional growth path with a phenomenal mentor. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity with a competitive salary, top of the line benefits package, and hybrid work schedule offered.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analysis and reconciliation of bank accounts including preparation of adjusting journal entries.
  • Reconciliation of various balance sheet accounts including accruals, intercompany accounts and others. Investigate variances from expectation and scrutinize the underlying accounting including amortization periods, etc.
  • At the direction of the Accounting Manager, provide supporting documentation to the audit team or others such as copies of invoices or provide other relevant information.
  • Assist in the preparation and filing of necessary tax documents and business licenses, and assist with other ad hoc projects as needed.


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance strongly preferred
  • 2-3+ years of accounting experience
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
