Looking for an Enthusiastic results-driven Talent Acquisition Business Partner that will help drive the Company's talent acquisition strategy for a rapid growing Beauty organization. Partner with hiring managers and the leadership team to develop, drive, and manage sourcing/recruiting strategies for various positions. In addition, you will assist in developing and promoting the company culture internally and externally. In addition to being the expert in crafting sourcing strategies across various channels including relevant job boards, social media, referrals and more.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

*Drive the recruiting process by sourcing, reviewing resumes, coordinating screenings and interviews, and assisting in determining the suitability of applicant in various departments for employment

*Develop and execute creative recruiting efforts and events; including informational sessions, recruitment mixers and other activities that promote company recruiting and outreach efforts

*Promote the company brand and use creativity to attract and qualified candidates

*Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process

*Collaborate on onboarding and new hire process prestart date

*Produce detailed reporting for organization and Leadership team around recruiting efforts

*Meet aggressive hiring goals

Minimum Qualifications:

*B.A. or B.S. Sociology or Business Studies

*3-5+ years of experience

*Excellent oral and written communication skills

*Considerable skill in interviewing techniques

*Proficient in applicant tracking Adobe, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio MS Office Suite

*Ability to prioritize tasks and projects in an agile environment

*Comfortable making decisions independently and collaboratively

*Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods

*Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing strategies
