The Talent Acquisition Specialist will own the acquisition strategy and be responsible for full-cycle recruiting. Hiring and retention of field staff is critical to the success of the operation and is also the foundation upon which the employee experience is built. This position is a dedicated and skilled internal resource focused on talent acquisition that would be responsible in ensuring the company attracts, hires, and retains the best talent in our industry.

* Own and drive end to end recruiting process for all roles.
* Use all resources and creative experiences to uncover and recruit candidates; networking events, EMT school visits, job advertisements, head hunting, referrals, creative campaigns, etc.
* Deliver a superb candidate experience from initial contact through the entire recruiting/onboarding process.
* Actively recruit for all requisitions and diligently follow up on all candidate leads.
* Proactively lead candidates and future employees through the hiring & credentialing process.
* Become an expert in the Ambulance industry to understand operational needs and match candidates to the client culture and values.
* Administer back-end functionality of recruiting and onboarding processes within ADP system.
* Manage all requisitions on internal and external sites (ADP, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.).
* Partner with Marketing to create and maintain branded materials to attract candidates; fact sheets, presentations, flyers, swag, handouts, questionnaires, etc.
* Guide managers in the integration of new hires into the Falcon culture. Partner with Operations to continuously improve the new hire experience.
* Maintain metrics & reports to monitor hiring statistics. Present to management as required.
* Control new employee records ensuring documents are stored in an employee's personnel file according to policy and in compliance.

* Demonstrated experience and proficiency in recruiting and onboarding.
* Basic knowledge of human resource principles, practices and procedures. California experience preferred.
* Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS or related software. ADP experience a plus.

* Passionate about delivering outstanding candidate experiences through the facilitation of specific moments/experiences along the recruitment lifecycle.
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, demonstrating a high degree of empathy, customer focus, and discretion.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills ensuring employees have the best experience while engaging with the People Team.
* Strong learning agility and ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work both independently and collaborate as part of a team.

* Minimum two years recruiting related experience required.
* Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or other field and/or equivalent experience preferred.
* HR Certification (HRCI/SHRM) credential preferred.
* Must possess a valid Driver's License and ability to visit Falcon's (local) regional stations & EMT Schools.
* Ability to work non-traditional hours as needs require for interviewing and School Visits.
