Job Summary / Purpose:

As the Talent Coordinator you will be responsible supporting Talent Specialists by maintaining job boards, crafting job descriptions, supporting the local offices with centralized caregiver recruitment, as well as helping to keep the hiring process running smoothly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Craft and update job descriptions
  • Prepare job offer letters
  • Conduct compensation and benefits analyses for various roles
  • Support HCA offices with caregiver jobs by overseeing the caregiver ATS; providing training and education as needed to new caregiver recruiter hires
  • Organize candidates' data (e.g. resumes, assignments and contact details) in internal databases
  • Design candidate experience surveys and analyze feedback
  • Assist with sourcing candidates
  • Perform background and reference checks
  • Coordinate interviews and contact applicants, as needed
  • Prepare reports on new hire metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire)
  • Organize HCA's employee referral process, including asking for referrals and managing bonus requests
  • Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing necessary paperwork and scheduling trainings)
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by your Supervisor

Required Skills, Education, and Certifications:

  • Work experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, HR Assistant or similar role
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation
  • Experience using professional social networks (LinkedIn, in particular)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • BS/BA degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 10-15 pounds
  • Ability to sit, stand and walk for prolonged periods of time throughout the workday
  • Ability to use standard office equipment such as personal computer, laptop, telephone, photocopy machine, etc.
