Job Title: Talent Sourcer

Location: Folsom

Pay: $25.00 hourly

Talent Sourcer Responsibilities:

  • Actively source for qualified candidates in consideration for all professional positions across the departments; i.e. tech, legal, hr, administrative, customer service, etc.
  • Engage in professional correspondence with prospective candidates via phone and email
  • Review resumes to pre-qualify candidates
  • Conduct initial phone or video screenings
  • Ensure that candidates meet the skill set requirements as well as the company culture
  • Schedule interviews for prescreened candidates with appropriate recruiter or hiring manager
  • Maintain consistent communication with recruiters and departments

Talent Sourcer Requirements:

  • Must have prior recruiting or sourcing experience
  • Must be highly proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting platforms; i.e. Indeed, ZipRecruiter, FaceBook, etc.
  • Must be highly motivated and self-directed, analytical, with excellent attention to detail
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
