Part-time Seasonal Tasting Room Associate
Friday - Sunday

As a Tasting Room Associate, you will be the face of our winery and responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience. You will guide visitors through tastings, provide information about our products, and contribute to the overall success of our tasting room operations.

Greet and welcome guests, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering recommendations, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. Conduct tastings

  1. Promote and sell our products to customers. Assist with product selection, upsell when appropriate, and process sales transactions accurately.

  2. Stay informed about our products, production methods,

  3. Maintain a clean and organized tasting room area, Ensure that glassware and tasting areas are always clean and well-maintained.

  4. Assist with stocking merchandise and managing inventory. Notify management of low stock levels and assist with restocking as needed.

  5. Collaborate with other Tasting Room Associates and team members to ensure the smooth operation of the tasting room.

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of [wine/beer/spirit] production and terminology is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work weekends,
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderately heavy boxes.
